TICKETS REQUIRE VALID ID

A valid form of photo ID is required to redeem your ticket. Accepted forms of ID are driving licenses, passports, and Proof of Age Scheme cards (e.g. Validate UK, Connexions Card).

LOST/NOT-RECEIVED TICKETS

If you have not received your e-ticket please contact WeGotTickets. They will deal with each individual query.

FAMILIES

Families are very welcome to attend. Child tickets (6 - 12) are available here but must be bought at the same time as adult tickets. Under 6 go free, but must be ticketed. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Under 13s without an accompanying adult will not be permitted on, or off the site. There are a limited number of discounted family and friends tickets available for 2 adults and up to 3 children aged 6 - 12 here

TEEN TICKETS (13 - 17)

13 to 17 year olds are very welcome at Sheep Music. Tickets are available at a discounted price here and they will be provided with an under 18 wristband.  Teens are permitted on and off the site without an accompanying adult. Anyone under 16 with a Teen Ticket MUST camp in the same area/or with their parent, guardian or nominated guardian.

WHEN WILL I BE SENT MY TICKETS?

Tickets purchased online are issued by WeGotTickets directly to your email account. Please see https://www.wegottickets.com/ FAQ’s for more info

If you have bought your ticket locally, you will need to bring your paper ticket along.

Important: tickets bought locally cannot be reissued if lost. Please look after these.

CAN I CANCEL MY TICKETS?

Tickets cannot be cancelled. However, there are options available if you can no longer attend the event. Please see WeGotTickets FAQ’s and contact them direct for any enquiries.

CAN I RESELL MY TICKETS?

WeGotTickets have a policy on ticket resales. Please see WeGotTickets FAQs

CAN I CHANGE THE NAME ON MY TICKETS?

WeGotTickets have a ‘reallocation’ policy on tickets purchased. Please see WeGotTickets FAQs and email them direct with any enquiries.
